We want you to be completely satisfied with your Neptune Vision eyewear. Here's everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges process.

Our Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Neptune Vision products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@neptune-vision.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Package Your Return: Place your item in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Return Shipping: Send your item to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for the same product in a different style or color, please email us at returns@neptune-vision.com and send your item to the provided return address.

Once we receive the original item, we'll ship out your exchange. Please note that we can only exchange items if the replacement is in stock.

Warranty

All Neptune Vision eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues with frames and lenses under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@neptune-vision.com with photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.
